Another clear waiting lesson

3 years, 3 long winters waiting for this plant to bloom.  Finally when I need it the most, it explodes with  beauty and purpose.

Is this what I look like when I'm shooting?  Hmmm, maybe, if you exclude the long blonde hair, long skinny legs, tight leather pants, sassy black boots, one handed camera hold, hot guy on the other end of the lens instead of grandkids.  Yeah I'd say this is pretty close.

A pleasing passion

When you give your passion to the world, it cannot help but look.

I think when we are given a gift we need to extend that gift to others, and that's exactly what my subject was doing when he chose one of my favorite songs to serenade me with on this Sunday morning, in May, waiting for the blue line train to take us to our destination.
